Community Based Workshops
Socially engaged, participatory, visual art activities, devised to help improve perceptions of place and belonging. These range from artworks commissioned to enhance the public realm to community led regeneration art projects. Examples of place-making projects include: The Neswick Playground regeneration project, the Great Homes project, The Guiness Trust mural and the Behind the Curtains instillation.
School Based Workshops
Bespoke school arts projects: Made to order projects which are planned in collaboration with schools to respond to a school specific brief. The Plastic Pollution Project, the Tree of Life project and the Dragonfly project are a few examples which can be seen on this website.
Readymade school projects: ‘Ready to go’, age specific projects which have been planned to progressively build on prior learning. All projects are designed to enhance cross curricular teaching and are all aligned with the aims and objectives of The National Curriculum Key Stage 1 & 2 Programs of Study for Art and Design. Art curriculum development: Bespoke, in-service teacher training sessions providing all aspects of Art and Design delivery together with consultancy on curriculum planning.
